OIE JOBS supports opportunities for all in the acquisition and development of key competencies, including basic skills: promoting employability, socio-educational and personal development, and participation in civic and social life. It is aimed at NEET youth who have fallen behind in general education due to personal, economic, social, psychological, physical, cultural or learning problems and have therefore left school without these skills. OIE JOBS has strong local community development.
